The Ingredients need to make Tempeh Teriyaki:

  3. It’s 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  4. It’s 1 tsp of sweet soy sauce
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of mirin
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of sugar
  7. You need 1 tbsp of water
  8. You need 1 pinch of salt
Step to make Tempeh Teriyaki:
  1. Fry the tempeh until half-cooked in a pan, using medium heat.
  2. Discard the oil but not the tempeh. Mix all ingredient Pour into the tempeh. Using low heat, cook until the fluid thicken Flip the tempeh pieces occasionally.
