The Ingredients need to make Lemon Ginger Teriyaki Shrimp:
  1. Prepare 1 lb of Cooked shrimp
  2. Prepare 1/2 of chopped red pepper
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of olive oil
  4. You need 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of honey
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of ground ginger
  7. You need 1 tsp of garlic powder
  8. It’s 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Step to make Lemon Ginger Teriyaki Shrimp:
  1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic powder, and lemon juice in small bowl
  2. Place shrimp in mixture and let marinade in refrigerator for 25 to 30 minutes
  3. Heat olive oil in large skillet over high heat then add red pepper. Cook for about 4 to 5
  4. Add shrimp and Cook shrimp for about 10 min or until cooked through to your liking
  5. Serve shrimp over quinoa or rice. Enjoy!
