The Ingredients need to make Grain Free Bread:
  1. It’s 1/4 cup of canola oil or coconut oil
  2. It’s 1 tbsp of plain yogurt
Step to make Grain Free Bread:
  1. Preheat oven to 350f, grease loaf pan
  2. In a bowl combine almond flour, chickpea flour, flaxseed, baking soda and salt; mix until well mixed, add egg yolks, oil and yogurt, mix batter properly until well blended together.
  3. Put the egg white into a large bowl, use an electric mixer on high to beat the egg white until soft peaks form.
  4. Pour into the flour mixture and mix until the egg whites are evenly distributed.
  5. Spread into the pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10mins and slice. serve with a warm milk.
