Step to make Dal fry:
  1. Pressure cook one cup tur dal. Take at least 4 whistles
  2. Take a kadai and heat it. To it add ghee after it gets heated add zeera.

  4. To this add onion, tomato, and stir again for 5 more minutes till tomato gets mushy. Then add dal, and salt to taste.
  5. Let it boil nicely and stir it time to time. Squeeze a lemon. And check fr taste.
  6. Then take ghee in a tadka vessel and give tadka of broken 2 dry red chillie
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
