The Ingredients need to make Kaju curry:
  1. Prepare 150 gram of cashew (kaju)
  2. You need 1/2 teaspoon of butter
  3. You need 1-2 of Green chilly
  4. It’s 4-5 cloves of Garlic
  5. It’s 2 inch of chopped ginger
  6. It’s 2 of medium sized chopped onion
  7. You need 2 of medium sized chopped tomato
  8. It’s 2 teaspoon of cream
  9. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of dry fenugreek leaves

  11. It’s 2 of green cardamom
  12. You need 1 inch of cinamom
  13. You need 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  14. It’s 1 teaspoon of red chilly powder
  15. You need 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
  16. You need 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  17. You need of Salt to taste

Step to make Kaju curry:
  1. Turn on the flame and heat a pan, add cashew. Roast cashew for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. You may add 1/2 teaspoon of butter to enhance taste.

  6. As soon as it is cooled, take jt out in a blending jar. Blend it into smooth paste,do not add
  7. Masala paste is ready, keep it aside.
  8. Turn on the flame, heat a pan on medium flame add oil. Once oil is heated, add green cardamom and cinamom. Fry it for few second Reduce flame to low, add blended paste. Stir it
  9. Add all spiceMix it well. Increase flame to medium. Add remaining masala. Stir it well. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on low - medium flame. Stir it.
  10. Add 1 glass of water (250 ml). Stir it well. Increase flame to medium. Add cream. Mix it well. Add salt. Mix it well.
  11. Let it boil for a minute. Stir it. Add roasted cashew Mix it. Reduce flame to low. Add garam masala powder and mix it.
  12. Cover the pan and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame. Stir it. Add kasuri methi. Mix it well.
  13. Cover the pan and cook it fkr a minute. Open the lid and stir it. Turn off the flame.
  14. Take it out in a serving bowl.
  15. Garnish it with some cashews and you may add cream
