The Ingredients needed to make Egyptian/Lebanese Okra (Bamia) Vegan/Vegetarian:
  1. You need of Okra
  2. Prepare of Vegetable Stock
  3. It’s of Passata
  4. You need of Medium Onion (finely chopped)
  5. It’s of Garlic Cloves (crushed)
  6. You need of Lemon (juiced)
  7. It’s of Olive Oil
  8. It’s of The Spices
  9. Prepare of Bay Leaves
  10. It’s of Ground Cumin
  11. It’s of Ground Corriander
  12. Prepare of Cayenne Powder
  13. It’s of dried Chili
  14. You need of Salt Pepper
Step to make Egyptian/Lebanese Okra (Bamia) Vegan/Vegetarian:
  1. Saute Onion and Garlic (Approx 10mins)
  2. Add Spices and fry until fragrant (Approx 2mins)
  3. Add Okra and stir (Approx 2mins)
  4. Add passata and vegetable stock and bring to boil. Turn heat down, cover and simmer for approx 20mins
  5. Add lemon juice, stir and serve
