Classic vegan waffles, beautifully golden in color and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. These vegan waffles are just as delicious as those ice cream parlour waffles back in the day! These truly are the best vegan waffles Ive ever had.

The Ingredients needed to make Vegan Waffles:
  1. It’s of Wet Ingredients
  2. You need of Make the “egg”
  3. You need of energy egg replacer
  4. You need of warm water
  5. It’s of Make the ”Buttermilk”
  6. Prepare of vinegar
  7. You need of milk of your choice
  8. You need of Remaining wet ingredients
  9. Prepare of melted coconut oil
  10. You need of vanilla
  11. Prepare of Dry ingredients
  12. Prepare of flour
  13. You need of baking powder
  14. Prepare of sugar

Anything vegan that can be made in a waffle maker! Cinnamon vegan waffles are the perfect breakfast, brunch or dessert. These vegan waffles are healthy, gluten-free, and delicious! They are light and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Step to make Vegan Waffles:
  1. Make the “egg” by combining the warm water and ener(g) together. In a separate bowl add milk and vinegar. Set aside.
  2. Melt the coconut oil.
  3. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar
  4. Combine all the wet ingredients and pour into the dry ingredient Do NOT overmix!!!
  5. Spray or lightly brush oil in preheated waffle iron.
  6. Scoop waffle batter onto the iron. I use a 4 oz ice cream scoop.
  7. Cook until golden brown and serve!
  8. Alternatively. Allow it to thoroughly cool on a wire rack and wrap in heavy duty tin foil and freeze. When ready to eat, pop it in the oven with tinfoil and allow it to heat thoroughly at 375 degrees for 10 minute This allows it to keep the moisture in while crisping it back up again!
