  9. It’s 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  11. It’s of Dry ingredients
  12. It’s 2 cups of flour
  13. You need 4 teaspoon of baking powder
  14. Prepare 1 tablespoon of sugar

Anything vegan that can be made in a waffle maker! Cinnamon vegan waffles are the perfect breakfast, brunch or dessert. These vegan waffles are healthy, gluten-free, and delicious! Wholesome, naturally sweetened, and customizable with spices and fruit!

Step to make Vegan Waffles:
  1. Make the “egg” by combining the warm water and ener(g) together. In a separate bowl add milk and vinegar. Set aside.
  2. Melt the coconut oil.
  3. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar
  4. Combine all the wet ingredients and pour into the dry ingredient Do NOT overmix!!!
  5. Spray or lightly brush oil in preheated waffle iron.
  6. Scoop waffle batter onto the iron. I use a 4 oz ice cream scoop.
  7. Cook until golden brown and serve!
