The Ingredients need to make Keto Southern Fried (Baked :) ) Chicken:
  1. It’s 2 of Chicken Breasts
  2. It’s 1 of Large Egg
  3. Prepare 75 g of Almond Flour
  4. You need 1.5 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  5. Prepare 1.5 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  6. Prepare 1.5 Teaspoon of Dried Mixed Herbs
  7. It’s 1/2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
  8. You need 1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
Step to make Keto Southern Fried (Baked :) ) Chicken:
  1. Preheat oven to 200 and Grease a baking tray.
  2. Mix all of your spices and seasoning together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Slice the two chicken breasts horizontally/butterfly to create 4 steak
  5. Sprinkle one half of your spice mix onto the chicken, lightly coating both side
  6. Mix the remaining spice mix with the almond
  7. Dip 1 steak into the whisked egg and then into the spiced almond flour mixture. Coat both sides well and place onto a greased baking sheet. Repeat with all chicken steak
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, carefully turning half way through cooking.
  9. I like mine served with a large salad and creamy broccoli salad or keto coleslaw. And of course - an extra dash of mayo )
