The Ingredients need to make Keto Pancake (veg):
- It’s 20 g of almond flour
- Prepare 1 tsp of nutralite butter
- You need 1 tsp of Xanthum gum
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Baking powder
- It’s as per taste of Artificial sweetener
- Prepare 50 ml of Soy/almond milk,
- Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla essence,
- Prepare Pinch of salt
- It’s 2 tsp of nutralite butter (for cooking)
Step to make Keto Pancake (veg):
- Mix all dry ingredients well.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry.
- Keep on adding hot water to make a thick yet pourable batter.
- Make it on hot non-stick pan with help on butter
- Dont try to flip it like regular pancake, let it look on one side for 10mins at medium flame to acquire structure.
- Then flip and cook on later side for only 2-3min
