The Ingredients need to make Three Olive Hummus:
  1. You need 1/4 cup of Tahini, stirred well
  2. You need 1/3 cup of Lemon Juice
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes
  8. You need 1 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
  9. You need 1/2 cup of sliced green olives
  10. You need 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
  11. You need 1/2 cup of sliced kalamata olives
  12. You need 3 tbsp of water
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of sugar
  14. It’s 2 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed well

  8. Add the olives and process for 30 second
  9. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of spice It is an excellent dip for cut vegetables, crackers, chips, pita or as a spread inside sandwiche
