  1. You need of mung bean
  2. You need of palm sugar
  3. You need of pandan leaves
  4. It’s of water
  5. It’s of coconut milk (optional, i dont use it)
Step to make Mung Bean Beverage (Minuman Kacang Hijau) Vegan:
  1. Wash the mung beans well, pour 10 cups of water, tie pandan leaves together and put them in, boil it until the beans break (around 15-20 mins with high fire).
  2. When the beans break and the water is running low, add more water and palm sugar and stir it well.
  3. Enjoy it while its hot in winter, or cool it down and add some ice cubes for summer.
