The Ingredients need to make Yakiniku Sapi:
- You need 1 of sdt minyak wijen

- Prepare 1/2 of cangkir mirin (cuka Jepang)
- You need 2 of sdt gula coklat
- Prepare 1 of sdt madu murni
- Prepare 1/4 of sdt serbuk cabai
- Prepare 1/2 of sdt hondashi seasoning
- It’s of daging sapi (bersihkan)
Step to make Yakiniku Sapi:
- Untuk membuat saus Yakiniku, pertama goreng jahe dan bawang putih bersama-sama selama 1 menit.
- Tambahkan Sake dan Mirin, masak dengan api besar selama 1 menit.
- Tambahkan sisa bahan dan didihkan lagi selama 2-4 menit sampai sausnya kental.
- Bumbui daging sapinya dengan garam dan goreng diatas wajan atau wajan panci dengan api yg sangat besar selama sekitar 4-6 menit (tergantung selera)
- Setelah steak sudah, keluarkan dari panas dan biarkan selama 2 menit, kemudian iris menjadi strip tebal.
- Masak sayur juga, jika suka tambahkan mentega di wajan, kemudian masukkan sayur.
- Tunggu 2 menit.
- Sajikan dan nikmati.
