The Ingredients needed to make Christmas Party Drink:

1. You need 200 ml of White wine

5. You need 20 grams of Sugar
6. You need 1 tsp of Honey
7. You need 1 of Berries
8. Prepare 1 of Mint or chervil for decoration
9. Prepare 1 of Chilled champagne or carbonated water

Step to make Christmas Party Drink:

1. Dissolve the gelatin in
2. Add the sugar and honey into a saucepan along with the white wine. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil off the alcohol.
3. Turn off the heat, add the dissolved gelatin and stir well.
4. Put the mixture in a tray or container and leave to set in the fridge.
