The Ingredients needed to make Christmas Daikon pickle:
  1. Prepare of Pickle water
  2. It’s 500 gm of sugar
  3. You need 500 ml of white vinegar
  4. It’s 1000 ml of water
  5. Prepare of Pickle ingredients
  6. It’s 2 kg of Daikon (Radish) cut into 3cm long and 0.5cm thick
  7. It’s 10 cloves of star arnise
  8. You need 10 of clementin (peel off skin and cut to half)
  9. It’s 1 dl of chili flakes
  10. It’s 200 gm of fresh parsley (chopped)
Step to make Christmas Daikon pickle:
  1. Firstly mixed the pickle water in a pot and cook it until the sugar is melted. Let it cool down and ready to use.
  2. After the pickle water is cold. Add in all the pickle ingredients and mixed well. Keep in the fridge overnight. Ready to served after 24 hour
  3. The texture of the pickle is crunchy and tasty.
