The Ingredients need to make Low Carb Bacon and Egg Cupcakes:
  1. Prepare 6 of Turkey bacon strips
  2. Prepare 6 of eggs
  3. It’s 1/4 cup of Spinach leaves
  4. It’s 1/4 cup of Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  5. Prepare 1 dash of Salt and pepper to taste
Step to make Low Carb Bacon and Egg Cupcakes:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray muffin tin if necessary with non stick spray.
  3. Line sides of muffin tin with bacon strips pressing them against side
  4. Crack one egg inside each tin.
  5. Place 2-3 spinach leaves on top of each egg.
  6. Place a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese on to of each cup.
  7. Add salt and peeper to taste. This pic shows right to left the beginning to end.
  8. Put in oven for 12-18 minutes depending on desired doneness of egg
  9. When done, allow a short cooling time and they should pop right out. Can be refrigerated and microwaved as well!
