  1. You need 4 of chicken legs

  7. Prepare 2 of garlic

  14. Prepare pinch of ground carnation to taste

Kabsa- the national dish of Saudi Arabia is probably the most popular rice praparation through out Arab countries , believed to have originated in Yemen. Though known Kabsa in Saudi , it is otherwise known as Makbous/ Machbous/ Majbous in the Gulf region ( Iran , Iraq , Qatar , Kuwait , Jordan , UAE… Kabsa (Arabic: كبسة ‎ kabsah) is a mixed rice dish that originates from Saudi Arabia but is commonly regarded as a national dish in many Arab states of the Persian Gulf. The dish is made with rice and meat. It can often be found served in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Yemen, southern Iraq, Ahwaz and the Negev desert in Israel.

Step to make Arabian Kabsi:
  1. Cook the basmati rice in the boiling water add one tablespon of vegetable oil and the helf of spices and salt… Wait untill the rice is well cooked then mix it with the butter
  2. Grille the 4 legs of chichen a little in the vegetable oil, add the onion, the green pepper , the rest of the spices , salt and a cup of water
  3. Add the two tomatoes and garlic.
  4. And when it is well done put the chicken and its sauce above the rice, and add coriander . Then serve it bon appétit
