The Ingredients needed to make Sweet sour tomato chutney:

1. You need 4 of Tomatoes
2. Prepare 1 tsp of Grated ginger
3. You need 2 of Chopped green chillies
4. You need 1 tsp of Jeera
5. Prepare 1 tsp of ajwain /carom seeds
6. It’s 1 tsp of Kalaunji
7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Jaggery
8. Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
9. It’s 5-6 of Curry leaves
10. It’s 1 of Whole red chilli
11. Prepare to taste of Salt

Step to make Sweet sour tomato chutney:

1. Take fresh tomatoes and cut them into small piece Take all tadka spice
2. Put mustard oil in a pan.
3. Heat the oil.
4. Put curry leaves and whole red chilli in a oil saute a minute add all ingredients in a oil and saute a minute.
5. Add tomatoes let it cook till few minutes then add salt and chilli powder mix well and cook till tender and soft.
6. Lastly add jaggery or sugar as your choice cook for 5 mimutes let it cover with lid.
7. After 5 minute will check the chutney.serve with roti,paratha I hope injoyed the recipe.
