2. You need 1 of flavored spaghetti sauce, regular size jar, I prefer garlic and onions
3. You need 1 lb of lean ground beef
4. It’s 1 packages of filipino hotdogs (substitute with sweet Italian sausages)
5. It’s 1 can of diced Spam
6. You need 1 cup of ketchup
7. Prepare 1 bunch of green onions / shallots
8. You need 1 of red bell pepper
9. Prepare 1 large of red onion
10. It’s 1 clove of garlic
11. It’s 3 tbsp of Olive oil
12. Prepare 3 tbsp of soy sauce
13. It’s 2 tbsp of white vinegar
14. It’s 4 tbsp of (white) sugar
15. You need 1 slice of (plastic sliced) American cheese
16. Prepare 1 dash of salt
17. You need 1/2 tsp of coarse ground black pepper
18. Prepare 1/4 tsp of chili powder
19. You need 1/2 tbsp of oregano
20. Prepare 1/2 tsp of chopped basil leaves

Step to make Sweet Spaghetti Filipino Style:

1. heat olive oil in medium-high heat
2. add minced garlic, cook until golden.
3. add chopped onions and cook until clear.
4. add ground beef, salt, pepper and chili powder. cook until browned. add diced spam.
5. in another skillet, add sliced hotdogs/sausages until browned on the edge
6. combine sausages with ground beef and add soy sauce and vinegar.
7. add both large and small jars of spaghetti sauce, add oregano and basil.
8. cook uncovered on medium heat, stirring frequently.
9. mix in ketchup, sugar and slice of cheese.
10. cover and simmer on low for 20 minute
11. remove from heat and serve with your favorite noodles, top with shredded cheddar cheese.
