The Ingredients need to make Sweet and Sour Pork:

  4. Prepare 1⁄2 of onion, cut into bite-sized pieces
  5. You need 2 of small tomatoes cut into wedges
  6. You need 8 oz of canned pineapple chunks, drained, reserving liquid
  7. Prepare As needed of Oil for deep frying and for stir-frying. I use Peanut Oil
  8. Prepare of marinade
  9. You need 1 of beaten egg, use 1/2 for the marinade, discard the rest, or save, whatever
  10. Prepare 1 tbs of soy sauce
  11. It’s 1 tbs of rice wine vinegar
  12. You need 2 of 1⁄2 tbs cornstarch
  13. You need of Cornstarch for dredging the pork
  14. You need of sauce
  15. Prepare 3 tbs of rice wine vinegar
  16. You need 2 tbs of brown sugar
  17. Prepare 1 tsp of tomato paste. I use the type in a tube
  18. You need 1 tbs of ketchup
  19. You need 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  20. It’s 2 tsp of soy sauce
  21. Prepare of reserved pineapple juice
  22. It’s 2 tsp of cornstarch
Step to make Sweet and Sour Pork:
  1. Cut pork into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minute Heat deep fat oil to 380f. Dredge pork in cornstarch and put into oil for about 2 minutes, drain.
  2. Just before cooking the vegetables, refry the pork @410f until lightly browned
  3. Mix sauce ingredients

  6. Add sauce mixture and stir until thickened
