The Ingredients need to make Sweet and Salty Pork Steak:
  1. It’s 2 slice of Pork loin for tonkatsu and steak
  2. Prepare 1/4 of Onion
  3. You need 1 clove of Garlic
  4. It’s 2 tsp of ☆ Sugar
  5. You need 2 tsp of ☆ Honey
  6. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of ☆ Soy sauce
  7. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of ☆ Sake
  8. You need 1 tsp of Vegetable oil
Step to make Sweet and Salty Pork Steak:
  1. Cut the sinews of the pork and pound with the back of the kitchen knife. Slice the garlic into relatively large slice
  2. Slice the onion into 1 cm thicknes
  3. Put the ☆ ingredients in a plastic bag and mix well. Then put pork, garlic and onion and let it sit for 5 to 10 minute (You dont have to rub in the marinade!)
  4. Heat a frying pan and pour vegetable oil. Stir fry the drained pork, garlic and onion in medium heat. Turn it over when one side brown
