The Ingredients need to make Christmas Daikon pickle:

- It’s 500 gm of sugar
- Prepare 500 ml of white vinegar
- You need 1000 ml of water
- Prepare of Pickle ingredients
- You need 2 kg of Daikon (Radish) cut into 3cm long and 0.5cm thick
- It’s 10 cloves of star arnise
- Prepare 10 of clementin (peel off skin and cut to half)
- You need 1 dl of chili flakes
- You need 200 gm of fresh parsley (chopped)
Step to make Christmas Daikon pickle:
- Firstly mixed the pickle water in a pot and cook it until the sugar is melted. Let it cool down and ready to use.
- After the pickle water is cold. Add in all the pickle ingredients and mixed well. Keep in the fridge overnight. Ready to served after 24 hour
