The Ingredients need to make Andhra Fish Pulusu:
  1. It’s 250 grms of Rohu Fish, 3 big onions
  2. Prepare As needed of Tamarind paste taken from the lemon sized tamarind
  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Chilli powder, 8 green chillies, 19 curry leaves
  4. It’s 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  5. You need 1 tablespoon of salt
  6. It’s 4 of table spoons of oil
  7. Prepare 6 of fenugreek seeds, one bunch coriander leaves
Step to make Andhra Fish Pulusu:
  1. In a flat pan add oil and then add fenugreek seeds
  2. Add onions green chillies curry leaves and coriander leave
  3. Satea them for few minutes then add all spices and cook for few second
  4. Then add fish pieces and see that all the fish pieces are well coated with the curry mixture.
  5. Cook for few minutes and then add tamarind paste.
  6. Then cook untill the stew comes to boil. Then garnish with fresh coriander leaves and switch off the flame
  7. Serve with rice. Taste evolves next day of cooking.
