The Ingredients need to make Beef Stew (v2.0):
  1. Prepare of (2.5) Lbs Top or Bottom Round Roast
  2. Prepare of (10-15) Baby Potatoes
  3. Prepare of (4) Carrots ( Skinned and cut into 2 1/2 inch pieces
  4. It’s Handful of Baby Onions
  5. Prepare Handful of Cherry Tomatos
  6. You need of Fresh Thyme
  7. It’s of Fresh Rosemary
  8. You need Cloves of (4) Garlic
  9. You need of (2) Ounces Dark Chocolate
  10. It’s of (4) Ozs Tomato Paste
  11. You need of (2) Tbsp Flour
  12. Prepare of Whole Bottle Red Wine
  13. You need of Salt and Pepper
Step to make Beef Stew (v2.0):
  1. Cut Roast into Large 2 inch cube Add to large bowl.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste. Add thyme and Rosemary. Add potatoes, carrots, onions,Cherry tomatoes and garlic.
  3. Pour in whole bottle of red wine. Covered with plastic wrap, marinade in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Strain whine out into a large bowl and save.
  5. Place the roast and vegetable mixture into a large pot on medium high. Seer until brown.
  6. Re add the red wine. Bring to boil. Add the tomato paste, flour and Dark Chocolate. Stir, turn to low. Cover and let cook 6 hour
  7. Keep an eye on liquid level. Usually plenty though.
