  3. You need 2 tbsp of Cornstarch flour

Step to make Sausage Rolled Noodles Satay (Indonesian Street Food):
  1. Boil noodle al dente. Flush with running water, then drain.
  2. Add each sausage to each skewers and cover or roll it with noodle
  3. Mix cornstarch flour, pepper, and salt to make dry coating, roll over satay onto it. Tap to let excess flour run off before frying.
  4. Heat enough frying oil for deep frying, fry the satay until it turns golden-brownish, and drain.
