- It’s 1 of Whole Chicken Leg (deboned, with skin)
- Prepare 1 of Chicken Breast (with skin)
- You need of Marinade (mix well in a bowl);
- Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder
- You need 1/2 tsp of Salt
- It’s 2 tsp of Chilli Powder (optional]
- Prepare of For Frying;
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Cooking Oil (shallow frying)
Step to make Student Meal: Turmeric Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng Kunyit):
- Lightly score the back of the chicken, this helps cook the chicken all the way to the middle.
- Rub marinade onto the chicken and let it rest for 30 minutes minimum. You dont need to use it all, just enough to cover the chicken.
- Heat the oil in a wok on medium heat until hot and then fry the chicken skin side down fir Do not move the chicken for 2 to 3 minute Then fry the other side.
