The Ingredients need to make Rich Date Cake #cakebakingwithfruits:

1. You need 500 g of Deseeded Dates
2. Prepare 180 g of Granulated Sugar
3. Prepare 180 g of Soft Salted Butter
4. You need 1 Tbsp of Bicarbonate of soda
5. Prepare 1 Tbsp of Baking powder
6. Prepare 4 of Eggs
7. It’s 1 handful of Raisins
8. It’s 1 Tbsp of Vanilla essence

Step to make Rich Date Cake #cakebakingwithfruits:

1. Mix half cup of water with Bicarbonate of soda and mix with the Deseeded Dates first, keep aside.
2. Now, Mix Butter and sugar then crack in the 4 eggs, mix and add the crushed Dates with vanilla essence.
3. Add the Raisins followed by Flour with Baking powder and mix gradually to have a uniformed mixture
4. Mixture ready, pour batter on a greased tin, bake for 180 degrees for 50 minutes, poke with a toothpick, if comes out dry, then ready, let cool.
