The Ingredients need to make Yema Cake:
  1. Prepare 1 pack of pancake mixture
  2. Prepare 1 of whole egg
  3. Prepare of butter (melted)
  4. It’s 2 tbsp of sugar
  5. Prepare of fresh milk
  6. Prepare of cheese
  7. You need of For the toppings
  8. Prepare 1 of egg yolk
  9. Prepare 1 of small can evaporated milk
  10. It’s 1 of small can condensed milk
  11. Prepare of butter (melted)
Step to make Yema Cake:
  1. Add the pancake mixture, fresh milk, sugar, egg, butter. Mix well.
  2. Put butter on every sides of the llanera/molder. Pour in the mixture (half of the molder only).
  3. Make sure water in the steamer is boiling. Place the molders/llanera. Steam it for 20-30min
  4. For the topping In a separate pan, mix condensed milk, evap, egg yolk, butter. Mix continuously until you get the desired thicknes
  5. Remove the cake from the molder, place in a container. Top it with the milk mixture/topping Add cheese on top.
