- It’s 1 Tsp of Coriander Powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Normal Chilli Powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
- It’s 1 tsp of Pepper Powder
- Prepare 1 of Onion
- Prepare 1 of Cardamom
- Prepare 2 of Cloves
- You need 1/2 Inch of Cinnamon
- You need to taste of Salt
- It’s leaves of Curry
- You need 1/2 tsp of Crushed Red Chilli
- You need 2 of Whole red Chilli
- It’s of Coconut Oil
- You need 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala
- It’s 1 inch of Ginger
- Prepare 5 cloves of Garlic
Step to make Chicken Roast - Kerala Style

- In a Pan add Coconut Oil Add whole spices add ginger garlic and add onion sauté well.
- Then add all dry spices Turmeric,chilli Powder,Coriander Powder,Pepper Powder sauté well don’t burn. Add curry leaves and move from the heat and cook down and make a paste add little water and make paste.
- In a pan add some coconut oil add curry leaves add red chilli and sauté then add the paste and cook for a Then add the chicken and salt and cook add little water if needed and cook till 3/4 done and then add the crushed chillie Cook well till roasted and add some more curry leaves in end add little garam masala in end.
