The Ingredients needed to make Christmas Meatloaf:
- It’s of Meat Loaf
- Prepare 250 grams of Ground beef/pork mix
- You need 50 grams of Ground pork
- It’s 1/2 of , 1 tablespoon Minced onion, flour
- It’s 1/2 of cup, 1/4 cup Panko, milk
- Prepare 1 of Egg
- You need 1 of Salt, black pepper, nutmeg, sugar
- It’s 1 tbsp of each Ketchup, tonkatsu sauce
- It’s 1 of ◎Mixed Vegetables
- Prepare of Sauce
- It’s 2 tbsp of Sake
- Prepare 3 of tablespoons, 2 tablespoons Ketchup, tonkatsu sauce
- You need 5 tbsp of ◎Juices from cooking
- You need 1 dash of Sugar, grainy mustard
Step to make Christmas Meatloaf:
- Combine everything for the meat mixture in a bowl ground beef, onion, Add the panko, milk, and mix.
- For Christmas, I used colorful vegetable Usually I use shiitake mushrooms, cheese, etc.
