The Ingredients need to make Hedgehog Christmas Cake:
- You need 1 of Store-bought swiss roll cake
- It’s 200 ml of 35% fat heavy cream
- It’s 2 tbsp of Sugar
- It’s 1 tsp of Cocoa powder
- It’s 1 tsp of Instant coffee
- It’s 3 of Chocolate candies
- It’s 1 of Marzipan sugar paste
- You need 2 of Almonds
- You need 4 of Cookies
Step to make Hedgehog Christmas Cake:
- Cut off 2/3 of the roll cake. Cut off 1cm from the remaining cake. Unroll the slice and cut a small hole in the center.
- Arrange the cake pieces as shown in the photo. You can use whipped heavy cream as glue.
- Dissolve 1 tablespoon of both the cocoa powder and the instant coffee in hot Add sugar to the heavy cream and whip until soft peaks form.
