The Ingredients need to make Sponge Cake:

1. It’s 2 of Eggs
2. You need 1 of yolk
3. It’s 1/2 Cup of Sugar
4. You need ⅓ Cup of Oil
5. Prepare 1/3 Cup of Milk
6. Prepare 1 1/2 Cup of All-purpose flour
7. It’s 3/8 tsp of Baking soda
8. It’s 1 tsp of Vanila essence
9. You need 1/4 tsp of Salt

Step to make Sponge Cake:

1. First whisk 2 Whole eggs and a egg yolk. Now gradually add ½ cup of sugar. Now add ⅓ Cup of oil, ⅓ cup milk and 1 tsp Vanilla essence and mix well.
2. Now stiff in All-purpose flour 1 ½ Cup, Baking soda ⅜ tsp and Salt ¼ tsp and mix well.
3. Now in a greased baking tin pour all the batter and bake on 180 for 35 minute Remove from oven Slice as desired, Serve and enjoy.
