The Ingredients need to make Asian Stir-fry (veg and meat recipes):
  1. You need 150 g of firm tofu diced
  2. You need 150 g of pork steak thinly sliced
  3. You need 2 tbls of rice oil
  4. Prepare 1 tbls of sesame oil
  5. It’s 40 g of cashews
  6. You need 2 cloves of garlic sliced
  7. You need 1 of red chilli de-seeded and sliced
  8. It’s 2 of pak choy cut lengthways in to 8ths
  9. You need 6 of spring onions chopped to 2cms strips
  10. You need 2 tbls of mirin or dry sherry
  11. You need 2 tbls of low salt soy sauce
  12. Prepare 1 tbls of runny honey
  13. Prepare 1 tbls of sesame oil
  14. You need 2 tbls of rice wine vinegar
  15. You need 1 tbls of pepitas
Step to make Asian Stir-fry (veg and meat recipes):
  1. Dry fry cashews for a couple of minutes to brown, then lightly crush in p+m.
  2. Pat dry tofu and pork before cutting. Roll pork in ground pepper and tofu in salt and pepper. Fry tofu for 8-10 mins until browned and crispy on the outside. Fry pork 1 minute per side. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Wipe out frying pans and add fresh sesame oil if necessary.
  3. Medium high heat. Add garlic and chilli. Fry for a minute. Add pak choy and Spring opinion Fry 4 mins until soften Stir in mirin, soy, honey, sesame oil, vinegar. Tos 1-2 mins on heat. Add cashew and either tofu or pork. Toss to warm through then serve. Sprinkle with pepita
