1. It’s 2 of chicken brea boneless skinless

3. Prepare 3 clove of garlic
4. You need 1 tbsp of oil your choice
5. It’s 1 pinch of parsley

Step to make Asian Butterfly chicken:

1. cut chicken in halve horizontally. leave some skin to give butterfly effect.
2. pound chicken to flat with meat tenderizer.
3. put each chicken in sandwich bag add 1/2 cup of asian salad dressing in each bag.
4. chop garlic cloves and add to each bag.
5. let chicken marinade for a hour or so depending on your time.
6. add 1tablespoon of your choice oil in pan.
7. place chicken in pan and cook evanlly on medium heat.
8. add pinch of parsley to finished product.
9. enjoy
