  2. Prepare of shredded mozzarella cheese
  3. Prepare of ⁄2 cup crushed Spicy Pork Rinds
  4. Prepare of Egg
  5. You need of McCormick Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning
Step to make Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms:
  1. Remove stems and finely chop stems from white button mushroom
  2. Place about 15 spicy pork rinds in a large partially sealed ziplock bag, and crush with rolling pin.
  3. In a bowl mix together chopped stems, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds, seasoning, and one egg (mix well).
  4. Stuff mushroom/cheese mixture into mushroom cap
