The Ingredients need to make Japanese Fried Rice:
  1. It’s 250 g of cooked white rice (leftover rice is fine)
  2. Prepare 1/2 of carrot
  3. You need 2 leaves of cabbage
  4. It’s 1 of egg
  5. You need of Any kind of meat or seafood(beef, chicken, shrimp, etc)
  6. Prepare To taste of salt pepper
  7. Prepare 1 table spoon of Chinese chicken stock
  8. You need 1 table spoon of mayonnaise(kewpie)
  9. It’s 1 tea spoon of soy sauce
  10. You need of seaweed
Step to make Japanese Fried Rice:
  1. Crack and beat 1 egg. Cut cabbage. Chop carrot in small piece
  2. Heat the pan and put some oil in it. Scramble the egg in the pan and add your favorite meat or seafood. Add in the cooked rice.
  3. Add Chinese chicken stock, chopped carrot, mayonnaise and fry them with wooden spatula.
  4. Add cabbage. Season the rice with soy sauce, salt and pepper before turning off the heat.
  5. Finish! Its a perfect meal for your busy day!
