PREP
Combine all ingredient of marinade into thin sliced peices of meat (about 1/4 of inch thick); let sit for about 15-30 minutes
Dice carrots and onions
NOTE A large plate can serve as a holding container, to which you can transfer the food, as this dish will be prepared in phases
Phase I FRYIN RICE
Heat up a non-stick frying pan to high
Add in veggie/sesame oil
Add in rice and break up then spread across the pan using a spatula or wooden spoon
Let cook for about 2-3 mintutes
5, Turn over rice and let cook for another 2-3 minutes
Add soy sauce and break/stir rice until evenly distributed
Let cook for another 4 minutes, stirring every now and then
Until the rice just starts to have a slight, golden brown sheen, move to holding container
