The Ingredients need to make Vegetarian Mini Bruschetta:
  1. You need 1 of Wholemeal bread
  2. You need 4 of Avocado wedges
  3. Prepare 4 slice of of original dill pickle
  4. You need 1 bunch of Grated cheese
  5. Prepare 4 of Tomato slices
  6. You need 1 cup of Thinly sliced cabbage
  7. Prepare 1 cup of Grated cucumber
  8. Prepare 1 of Worcestershire sauce
  9. You need 1 of as needed Olive oil
  10. You need 1 of as needed Seasons and herbs
Step to make Vegetarian Mini Bruschetta:
  1. Toast whole meal bread and cut each slice into four square piece
  2. Oil and carefully place tomato slices into a small pan. Season with salt and pepper. (Add some dry basil if you like). Keep on heat for approx 3 minute
  3. In a bowl, combine cabbage and cucumber. Add worcestershire sauce to your liking
  4. On top of each bread piece, place slice of softened avocado, a slice of dill, a slice of cooked warm tomato, cheese and cabbage mix.
  5. Season with pepper and herbs, lightly drizzle olive oil over plate and serve immediately.
