  7. It’s 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt
  9. Prepare 1/3 tsp of marjoram
  10. Prepare 1/3 tsp of rosemary
  11. You need 1/3 tsp of summer savory
  12. Prepare 7 of lamb stock or beef stock
  13. It’s 1/4 cup of butter softened
  14. You need of mashed cauliflower
  15. Prepare 2 of large heads of cauliflower
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt
  17. It’s 1 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  18. It’s 1 1/2 pints of water
Step to make Shepherds Pie low carb:
  1. Preheat oven 275° Fahrenheit
  2. Chop the lamb into bite sized piece
  3. Slice the carrots, and mushroom Chop the onion Mix everything for the pie together. Put into 9x13 baking pan. Bake 2 hour Stir well.
  4. Boil steam the cauliflower. Drain all the liquids when it gets fork tender.
  5. Mix the salt, cream, and cauliflower. Whip them till creamy dont make the cauliflower too runny but should be firm. Let cool.
  6. Spread cauliflower over the lamb mixture. Turn heat up to 425° Fahrenheit. Make grooves in cauliflower and bake 30 minute
