The Ingredients needed to make Easter No-bake Cheesecake:
  1. You need 200 g of digestive biscuits
  2. You need 100 g of butter, melted
  3. You need 500 g of cream cheese, room temperature
  4. Prepare 150 g of icing sugar
  5. It’s 15 ml of vanilla essence
  6. You need 500 ml of double cream
  7. You need 12 of gelatine leaves
  8. It’s 400 ml of boiling water
  9. Prepare As needed of food colouring
  10. You need As needed of whipping cream
  11. It’s As needed of Speckled eggs
Step to make Easter No-bake Cheesecake:
  1. Soften gelatine in cold
  2. In a food processor chop digestove biscuits finely and mix with melted butter.
  3. I think it is better to line muffin tins to make it easier to remove. Press a teaspoon of biscuit mixture flat at the botton om muffin tin.
  4. In a bowl whisk cream cheese and icing sugar together until smooth. Add cream and vanilla essence and mix.
  5. Take the soften gelantine and mix with boiling While mixing cream cheese mixture add gelatine water slowly.
  6. Divide mixture in as many colours as you like. I used gel colouring (pink, purple, blue, green and orange)
  7. Pour a colour in muffin tin. Place in freeze for a few minutes to set a bit before pouring another colour.
  8. Let set completely. Whip whipping cream. Garnish cheese cake with whipping cream and speckled eggs
