The Ingredients needed to make Healthy Chicken:
  1. Prepare 750 grams of Chicken
  2. It’s 12 of Button Mushrooms
  3. It’s 250 grams of Spinach
  4. You need 2 of Onions
  5. It’s 2 of Tomatoes
  6. It’s 10 of Garlic Cloves
  7. It’s 2 tbsp of Grated Ginger
  8. It’s 4 of Green Chillies
  9. You need 2 of Dried Red Chillies
  10. Prepare 2 of Green Cardamoms
  11. You need 1 of Black Cardamon
  12. You need 1 stick of Cinnamon
  13. It’s 1 of Bayleaf
  14. It’s 8 of Pepper corns
  15. You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder
  16. You need 1 of Salt to taste
  17. You need 2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
Step to make Healthy Chicken:
  1. Cut the onions and tomatoes into thick slices and mushrooms into halve Chop spinach to match the size.
  2. Grind ginger, garlic and green chillies together without
  3. Heat oil in a wok. Add bay leaf, red chillies and the other spice
  4. Add onion Sauté till onions turn translucent.
  5. Add chicken. Sauté for 2 minutes on high flame.
  6. Add to it the ginger-garlic-green chillies mixture, salt and turmeric powder.
  7. Sauté for 5-7 minutes till the chicken turns golden.
  8. Add spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms and stir them well.
  9. Cover and cook on low flame till the chicken is cooked.
  10. Add a dash of lemon to enhance the flavor.
