The Ingredients needed to make Healthy Chicken:
- Prepare 750 grams of Chicken
- It’s 12 of Button Mushrooms
- It’s 250 grams of Spinach
- You need 2 of Onions
- It’s 2 of Tomatoes
- It’s 10 of Garlic Cloves
- It’s 2 tbsp of Grated Ginger
- It’s 4 of Green Chillies
- You need 2 of Dried Red Chillies
- Prepare 2 of Green Cardamoms
- You need 1 of Black Cardamon
- You need 1 stick of Cinnamon
- It’s 1 of Bayleaf
- It’s 8 of Pepper corns
- You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder
- You need 1 of Salt to taste
- You need 2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
Step to make Healthy Chicken:
- Cut the onions and tomatoes into thick slices and mushrooms into halve Chop spinach to match the size.
- Grind ginger, garlic and green chillies together without
- Heat oil in a wok. Add bay leaf, red chillies and the other spice
- Add onion Sauté till onions turn translucent.
- Add chicken. Sauté for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Add to it the ginger-garlic-green chillies mixture, salt and turmeric powder.
- Sauté for 5-7 minutes till the chicken turns golden.
- Add spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms and stir them well.
- Cover and cook on low flame till the chicken is cooked.
- Add a dash of lemon to enhance the flavor.
