The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Souflè Pancakes:
  1. Prepare 2 of Eggs separated
  2. Prepare 1 of Tblsp Milk
  3. It’s 1/2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
  4. It’s 1/4 Cup of Cake flour
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
  6. You need 1/4 tsp of Cream of Tartar
  7. It’s 2 of TblSp Granulated Sugar
Step to make Japanese Souflè Pancakes:
  1. Whisk the Egg yolks, Milk, Vanilla Extract. Sift Flour, Baking powder into the egg mix and whisk till light and thick, this is important for the rising agent to activate.
  2. Beat Egg whites with Cream of Tartar till soft Peak Add Granulated Sugar and beat till Stiff peak
  3. Add the egg yolk mix to egg whites and fold. Once mixed pour into piping bag.
  4. Grease non-stick pan. Pipe into hot pan on medium to low heat. And cover with lid to cook for 5mins, turn it over and c Cook on low heat for another 5min
