The Ingredients needed to make Brookies:

1. You need 2 cup of maida/All purpose flour
2. You need 1/2 tsp of Baking powder
3. You need pinch of Baking soda
4. It’s 50 gm of Butter
5. You need 80 gm of Melted dark/milk chocolate
6. You need 1 tsp of Cornflour
7. You need 2 tsp of Milk
8. It’s 2 tsp of Chocolate chunks
9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract
10. You need To taste of Castor sugar

These amazingly delicious brookies of course! These chocolate chip cookie brownie bars have a soft brownie center and a light cookie crunch that make them an instant family-favorite. They are exactly as awesome as they sound. The first half of this brookie situation is a thick and chewy chocolate chip cookie.

Step to make Brookies:

1. Sieve maida with baking powder and baking soda, cornflour and keep it aside.
2. In a mixing bowl mix together butter and castor sugar, now add vanilla extract and mix well.
3. Add melted chocolate and mix well, and add the dry ingredients and milk and just bring the brookie dough together.
4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper preheat the oven to 170°c.
5. Flatten the brookies between your palms place them on parchment paper, place the chocolate chunks over each brookie and bake them in a preheated oven over 170°c for 15-18 minute
