1. Subse phele eggs ko ache se double hone beat karen.
2. Oven ya pateele ko 10 min preheat kar lein.r mold ko oil se grease kar lein.

4. Maida ko chan lein r egg mixture me fold karen ke better ribbon form me ajaye.
5. Ab is better ko mold me dalien r tap kar lein ta ke air nikal jaye.
6. Pateele me stand rakhen r is mold ko us pe rakh ke dhakan laga dein r medium slow flame pe 30 min bake karen.oven ke liye 180 pe 30 min bake karen.
7. Ready hone pe cooling rack pe nikal ke thanda hone dein.cream ko whipp kar lein r adhe hisay me green colour add kar lein.
8. Ab cake ko center se cut karen r milk se brush kar lein.phir white cream ki layer dein r cut hua part uper rakh dein.
9. Ab cake ko white r green cream se cover karen r serve karen.
