Step to make Eggnog Cookies:

1. Preheat oven to 300 line with parchment paper
2. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg
3. Cream sugar and butter until light
4. Add eggnog, vanilla egg yolks; beat @ med. Speed
5. Add flour mixture beat @ low speed
6. Dont over mix
7. Spoon onto un-greased cookie sheet or parchment paper roll into balls rather small, they will spread
8. Sprinkle with nutmeg
9. Bake 15-18 or until golden brown
