  1. It’s 2 of large chicken breasts
  2. It’s 2 Tbsp of butter
  3. You need 1 of egg
  4. You need 2 Tbsp of milk
  5. Prepare 1 packet of Shake N Bake Breadcrumbs - Parmesan
  6. Prepare 1 packet of Shake N Bake Breadcrumbs - Extra Crispy
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup of grated parmesan
  8. You need 2 of large zucchini
  9. Prepare 2 tsp of minced garlic
  10. Prepare of Garlic seasoning
  11. It’s 1 Tbsp of grated parmesan
  12. You need of Salt
  13. You need of Pepper
Step to make Parmesan Breaded Chicken Zucchini Spaghetti (Low-Carb):
  1. Melt 1 Tbsp butter.
  2. Whisk together milk and egg.
  3. Dice chicken breasts or cut into small strip Add salt pepper.
  4. Lightly coat chicken with butter + milkegg mixture.
  5. Mix one packet each of Shake N Bake breadcrumbs + 1/4 cup grated parmesan.
  6. Coat chicken in breadcrumb mix, place on nonstick baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minute
  8. Use julienne peeler to slice zucchini into noodle
  9. Sauté zucchini, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes with 1 tbsp. butter, minced garlic, garlic seasoning, salt and pepper. Once cooked, sprinkle with 1 Tbsp grated parmesan.
  10. Plate zucchini noodles and serve with chicken on top, cutting into smaller pieces if desired.
