The Ingredients need to make Japanese Kimpira Gobo:
- Prepare 30 cm of Gobo
- You need 1/2 of Carrot
- You need 1 1/2 Table Spoon of Soy Sauce
- You need 1 1/2 Table Spoon of Mirin
- It’s 1 Table Spoon of Cooking Sake
- Prepare 2 Tea Spoon of Tensai Sugar
- Prepare 1 Table Spoon of Cooking Oil
Step to make Japanese Kimpira Gobo:
- Wash Gobo well, and peel. Then, cut into match stick long, then put on
- Cut Carrot into the same size as Gobo. ※You dont have to put Carrot on
- Heat frying pan over medium high, then add oil.
- Take out Gobo from water, and towel dry, then add to 3 to stir fry. Add Carrot as well. Stir fry for about 3〜4 minute
- Add Soy Sauce, Mirin, Cooking Sake, and sugar to 4, then turn the heat to low medium. ※You can add 1/2 Tea Spoon of Sesame here if you like.
- Cook until most liquid ir evaporated, then plate to serve.
