Japanese Kimpira Gobo

The Ingredients need to make Japanese Kimpira Gobo:
  1. It’s 30 cm of Gobo
  2. Prepare 1/2 of Carrot
  3. You need 1 1/2 Table Spoon of Soy Sauce
  4. It’s 1 1/2 Table Spoon of Mirin
  5. Prepare 1 Table Spoon of Cooking Sake
  6. You need 2 Tea Spoon of Tensai Sugar
  7. It’s 1 Table Spoon of Cooking Oil
Step to make Japanese Kimpira Gobo:
  1. Wash Gobo well, and peel. Then, cut into match stick long, then put on
  2. Cut Carrot into the same size as Gobo. ※You dont have to put Carrot on
  3. Heat frying pan over medium high, then add oil.
  4. Take out Gobo from water, and towel dry, then add to 3 to stir fry. Add Carrot as well. Stir fry for about 3〜4 minute
  5. Add Soy Sauce, Mirin, Cooking Sake, and sugar to 4, then turn the heat to low medium. ※You can add 1/2 Tea Spoon of Sesame here if you like.
  6. Cook until most liquid ir evaporated, then plate to serve.
