The Ingredients needed to make Noku’s Yoghurt Fish Curry:
  1. You need 1 of onion chopped
  2. You need 3 of green chilies chopped
  3. You need 2 of tblsp medium curry
  4. It’s 1/4 tsp of tumeric
  5. Prepare 400 g of hake fillets
  6. You need 2 cups of plain yoghurt
  7. Prepare 4 of tblsp coriander/ cilantro
  8. Prepare 1/8 tsp of salt
Step to make Noku’s Yoghurt Fish Curry:
  1. On medium heat fry onion, chilies, curry and turmeric till onions are tender. Cut hake into 1 inch chunks and add to curried onions and cook for 5 minutes till opaque.
  2. Once opaque, add yoghurt and stir in. Cover and simmer for 7 minutes till the curry marries the yoghurt.
  3. Add coriander, stir and simmer for 3 minute Season with salt and serve hot.
