The Ingredients needed to make Ks Fried CatFish:

1. Prepare of yellow or white corn meal
2. You need of catfish , cut into strips or small peice
3. Prepare of eggs
4. Prepare of oil for frying
5. It’s of salt pepper to taste.

Step to make Ks Fried CatFish:

1. dip catfish into egg mix then coat w/ cornmeal
2. heat oil
3. slowly start adding catfish to very hot oil leaving a lil space in between fish to fry
4. cook bothsides of fish til light golden brown.
5. drain cooked peices if catfish on a few paper towels .
6. once cooked drain Eat!
